Melissa Vitale, PMHNP, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than 11 years of experience helping adults manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. She combines evidence-based treatment with a compassionate, collaborative approach so patients feel supported, informed, and empowered in their care.
In addition to private practice, Melissa serves as a sub-investigator in clinical research trials, giving her first-hand knowledge of the latest advances in psychiatric medications and treatment strategies. This research experience informs her everyday practice and ensures her patients benefit from the most up-to-date, science-driven care.
Melissa offers virtual appointments across Illinois, making expert psychiatric care convenient and accessible. Her goal is to help each patient find clarity, confidence, and lasting emotional balance through individualized treatment and genuine partnership.

Taylor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. She has experience in hospital settings and in college mental health.

As a therapist, her goal is to provide relief from emotional burdens and to help individuals navigate life’s obstacles. She believes that through developing effective coping tools and increasing self-awareness, each person has the capacity to heal and cultivate greater balance and well-being. Although trained in generalist practice, Taylor specializes in working with young adults and addresses a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, life transitions, self-esteem, stress and burnout, and relationship difficulties.

Stacey Schulte is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She provides general psychiatric services for adult patients who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorder. For every new patient, Stacey provides a comprehensive initial psychiatric assessment, and offers subsequent mental health treatment including medication management and individual psychotherapy. Stacey is dedicated to helping patients live vibrant and fulfilling lives.
I offer empathetic and collaborative care. I strive to help you to improve your quality of life and to learn new ways of managing your emotions. Life changes are achieve by learning new skills and medication management. I am a conservative medication provider and believe less is more.
She works collaboratively with her clients with the goal of improving their quality of life. She believes in meeting the client where they are, and building a working relationship. The intent is for a collaboration where the client feels heard and respected on their journey. You may be stuck and struggling, but there is hope and you can feel better!
